I look for the
soul in the scene.
I’m Joshua Adetomiwa, known as Sir AKJ. I photograph events, street life and black-and-white stories, looking for the expressions and details that reveal how a moment really felt.
From the energy of a celebration to a passing scene on the street, I work in colour and monochrome to create honest, expressive images that keep the feeling of the moment close.
